My Workout Plan.

So I'm still trying to shed those extra pounds. My routine. Plain & simple. Eat healthier but still whatever I want Ive just placed a portion control. Then work out for at least and hour ranging from treadmill hikes, to biking and the elliptical. I feel way more energized and I'm loving it. I go everyday and its been a successful three day in a row which I'm very proud about. I hope can i seriously stick to it.

    I find it hard to stick to a healty eating routine, but I try to keep in mind how good i will feel once summer is here and i can wear all the dresses that i have my eye on lol
