Work Out Routine


So I want to loose some weight. Yepp. Im getting married in FOUR months EXACTLY! I need to loose at least 10lbs....? Maybe, hopefully....Lol. So whats my plan you ask? Well I eat what i want to eat not so so so much of it I try to have a nice big breakfast, only one fatty snackiee, a small lunch and whatever we have cooked for dinner with less rice and a small serving. Its not a big change but I'm working on it. Along with that I work out. I got Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Lol. She is harsh as hell but hey I think its working. Yay!
